Our Client MK DHILLON PTY LTD Trading as DESH PUNJAB is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team located in Mount Gambier 5290 SA. The role involves managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high customer service and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Monitoring revenue, budgets, and expenditure, including controlling costs and maintaining financial records.
- Recruiting, training, rostering, supervising, and managing staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery.
- Monitoring staff performance and providing guidance, feedback, and disciplinary action where required.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with Australian standards.
- Liaising with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and quality of food and beverages served to customers.
- Managing customer service standards, handling complaints, and resolving operational issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Planning and implementing marketing and promotional activities to increase revenue.
- Maintaining stock control systems, ordering supplies, and ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Monitoring the quality of food, beverages, and service to ensure consistency with established standards.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and relevant local council regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s and 3 years of experience.
